It is a beautiful day today but i'm still sat inside editing photos after pumping some iron at the gym. My first set of photos to go through is of the simply beautiful and incredibly sweet, Miss Lou Lala. I hoped onto a bus to her house on Friday full of excitement and nerves (which is very unlike me). This shoot was a mashup of a few things - A feature shoot for Dollyrox Magazine and promo shots for Missy LePink and Hellbound Inc.
When I arrived in the quaint little village of Hingham I found my way to Miss Lala's home, courtesy of her excellent directions. I was greeted with open arms which is always a lovely surprise when meeting a model for the first time. It was a really lovely laid back shoot (at least I hope) as Miss Lala had not shot in 3 years. It was my main aim to calm her nerves and to leave her feeling fabulous about herself, which I feel I did. I feel that not only did this improve Miss Lala's confidence, it also improved mine. It gave me a much needed *umpfh* to remind me why I do what I do (one of the reasons anyway) which has given me the extra motivation to push on through the stress i've had recently.
I got to do Lou's hair styling (which I have really missed doing) and am getting much more confident with it. Her house was simply stunning and a pleasure to work in. Overall I really enjoyed the shoot and am looking forward to showing you more images once they are published.
